Renrock provide a complete project management service and individual skilled craftsmen for one-off requirements.
For a major extension, Renrock will take the architects plan and provide a full works schedule, including pricing and timing. 

They will arrange for all the necessary skilled labour to be on site at the required time during the project duration.  All materials will be organised and delivery arranged for minimum disruption.

James Corner or Mat Cain are on site at all times allowing the client to liaise with them at their convenience.

All facilities required for staff are provided by Renrock so not to inconvenience the client and site cleanliness and safety is a strict company policy.

Financial updates and payment summaries are provided to clients throughout the project and a proposed cashflow is prepared which is finally agreed upon with client input.

Renrock also provide services for smaller projects, such as new staircases, decorating and carpentry.  The same level of professionalism is provided and with our experience, completed efficiently and to client satisfaction.
